These terms apply to the Red Stripe Digital client workspace at app.redstripedigital.com. By signing in you agree to them.
Accounts
Accounts are issued by Red Stripe Digital to staff and invited clients. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Connected Meta accounts
When you connect a Facebook account you confirm that you are allowed to manage the businesses, ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts and catalogs you use in the workspace. Actions you take in the workspace are carried out on Meta through your connection and are subject to Meta’s terms and advertising policies.
Advertising spend
Campaigns created in the workspace start paused. Spend is charged by Meta to the ad account’s payment method once a campaign is activated. You are responsible for budgets and spend caps you set.
Acceptable use
Do not use the workspace to send unsolicited messages, collect data you have no right to collect, or break any law or platform policy. Messaging after the 24-hour window is only for replies written by a member of staff.
Service
We provide the workspace as is and may change or withdraw features.
