Data deletion

You can delete the data the Red Stripe Digital workspace holds from your Facebook account at any time, in any of these ways.

1. In the workspace

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Disconnect Meta and delete data. We revoke the app’s access on Facebook and immediately delete your access tokens, Page tokens, connected assets, system user tokens, keyword rules, uploaded images, retrieved leads and webhook events.

2. From Facebook

Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
Find Red Stripe Digital and choose Remove.
Tick the option to delete data, or open the app’s details and choose Send request under data deletion.

Facebook notifies us and we delete the same data automatically. You receive a confirmation code; you can check its status at data deletion status.

3. By request

Ask us through redstripedigital.com/en/contact and we will delete your data, including your workspace account, within 30 days.
